No Returns, No Exchanges Policy
All MMCC services are final upon completion. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any completed vehicle detailing services.

- • MMCC PS: PureShield ceramic protection
- • Mobile Ozone Odour Removal Service
- • Corporate fleet management solutions
- • All other vehicle care services
Service Nature
Our mobile detailing services are performed on-site and cannot be "returned" once completed. The work is permanently applied to your vehicle.

We ensure service quality through professional training, premium products, and customer satisfaction checks before completion.

Terms and Conditions
Service Completion
Services are considered complete when our technician has finished the agreed work and customer has been notified.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion. All sales are final once payment is processed.
Cancellation Policy
Services may be cancelled before commencement with reasonable notice. Cancellation fees may apply for short notice cancellations.
Warranty Coverage
MMCC PS: PureShield ceramic protection includes 30-day protection coverage as specified in service agreements.
