Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Mobile Mint Car Care ("MMCC", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all services provided by MMCC, including premium waterless car valeting, mobile detailing, and fleet management services across Surrey and Greater London.

Our Services

MMCC provides premium mobile car care services including:

  • Waterless exterior car washing and detailing
  • Interior car valeting and sanitization
  • MMCC PS: PureShield ceramic protection application
  • Mobile Ozone Odour Removal services
  • Headlight restoration
  • Engine bay cleaning
  • Corporate fleet management solutions

All services are performed at your specified location across Surrey and Greater London using environmentally friendly, waterless technology.

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made via phone, website, or mobile app
  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to confirm or decline any booking request
  • Minimum 2-hour advance notice required for bookings

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, card, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency payments
  • Corporate accounts may be invoiced with 30-day payment terms
  • All prices include VAT where applicable
  • Service prices are confirmed at time of booking

Service Standards and Guarantees

Quality Assurance

  • All services performed by trained and insured professionals
  • 100% satisfaction guarantee - we'll return if you're not happy
  • MMCC PS: PureShield protection lasts up to 30 days
  • All equipment and products are professional-grade
  • Comprehensive insurance coverage up to £10 million

Service Limitations

  • Services may not be available during extreme weather conditions
  • Some heavily soiled vehicles may require additional treatments
  • Results may vary based on vehicle condition and age
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled service
  • 50% charge for cancellations within 2 hours of service time
  • Full charge applies for no-shows or same-time cancellations
  • Rescheduling is free with 24-hour advance notice

MMCC Cancellations

  • We may cancel services due to severe weather or safety concerns
  • Minimum 30-minute advance notice will be provided
  • Alternative appointment times will be offered
  • No charges apply for MMCC-initiated cancellations

Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

  • MMCC carries comprehensive public liability insurance (£1M coverage)
  • We are liable for damage directly caused by our negligence
  • Pre-existing damage must be reported before service begins
  • Photographic evidence may be taken before and after service

Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or defects
  • Consequential or indirect damages are excluded
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and legal parking for our team
  • Remove valuable items from your vehicle before service
  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage or special requirements
  • Ensure vehicle access and any required building permissions
  • Be present or arrange for authorized representation during service
  • Provide accurate contact information and service location
  • Pay for services as agreed upon completion

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, mobile app, and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MMCC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

"MMCC", "Mobile Mint Car Care", "MMCC PS: PureShield", and related logos are trademarks of Mobile Mint Car Care. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days
